This site offers visitors cannabis sativa products and accessories. By accessing or using www.cannabis24h.it for our service, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms .

When you purchase an item, you agree to the following: (*) you are responsible for reading the full listing of the item/product/service before committing to buy it: (**) you agree to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item/product/service when you commit to purchase and complete the checkout payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. "The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with the use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged according to your payment method .
For any undamaged product, simply return it with the included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of receiving the product. We will exchange for another product or offer a refund based on the original payment method. Please note the following: (*) Products can only be returned to the country where they were originally purchased; and (**) the following products cannot be returned: Inflorescences.
We may, without notice, change the services; stop providing the services or features of the services we offer; or create limits for services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the services without notice and liability for any or no reason.
When we receive complaints about a product purchased from us, which is under warranty, we will repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon return of the product. We will pay for the shipping of repaired or replacement products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping of the product.
l Service and all materials contained or transferred therein, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music, and all Related intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of Cannabis24h. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a license under or under any such Intellectual Property Rights and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, modify or create derivative works.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in our sole decision, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may be asked to stop using the service/site and may also be asked to cancel your account and/or services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary above, with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions and paid services, such subscriptions will only be suspended upon expiration of the respective period for which you have already paid.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cannabis24h harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), incurred by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the site.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cannabis24h be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other losses intangible, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cannabis24h assumes no responsibility for (*) errors, errors or inaccuracies of the contents; (*) personal injury, of any nature, resulting from access to or use of our products; and (***) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time in our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms materially, we will notify you that important changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the website or our service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Any and all such claims and disputes will be brought forward and you hereby consent to their exclusive decision by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Italy. Application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
