• if the Product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised is damaged by Cannabis24h, the latter will only be required to notify the Consumer in order to allow him, where possible, to exercise his right of recourse against the chosen courier for the return of the products;
• Cannabis24h will not be liable under any circumstances for damage, theft or loss of returned Products, until they have been returned. Any risk will therefore be borne exclusively by the Consumer.
• Cannabis24h has the right to withdraw from each Contract of Sale concluded by the Customer or by the Consumer, giving the same written communication by e-mail and registered letter with return receipt, as well as not accepting any Order from users or Customers who have implemented non-compliant behaviors. regular.
